Specialists Joseph Riehl,19, (third from left) and Joseph M. Lesher, 21, (second from right), both of Lower Southampton, PA, members of the Pennsylvania National Guard 328th Brigade Support Battalion 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team and recently returned from Iraq, are pictured with PA State Representative Frank Farry (third from right) and officials of the Feasterville Business Association during special flag ceremonies honoring them for heroism and service to their country. The ceremony was conducted prior to the Lower Southampton Township Board Of Supervisors’ meeting at the township administration building in Feasterville, PA. Also sharing the moment with the military heroes are Michael J. Hughes, of Holland, PA (far left) FBA flag event chairperson, Ed Shannon, also of Feasterville, a member of the FBA executive committee, (second from left) and FBA President Diane Fetscher, of Southampton, PA (far right). In addition to the individual flag presentations, both servicemen will have their names placed on a permanent American flag Wall Of  Honor in the township administration building as part of the FBA’s ongoing program to call the public’s attention to the heroism displayed by area members of the military serving around the world. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the FBA fosters and encourages growth for the betterment of the community.
